Keel’s product engineers were waiting on internal tooling. The CTO wanted a staff platform engineer in London who would set the paved path, and he wanted the search kept inside a small group until offer stage.

We ran it as a confidential search, with the company name shared only after a first conversation. The shortlist was three staff engineers who had built CI and environment standards for a multi-team org.
